TV no signal problem repair technician
Identify the set-top box, console or aerial source and the input selected when no signal appears. Start with the complete TV model and a short description of the fault so the next step can be discussed clearly.
Compare port and source
Note the selected input and connected device. If safe and accessible, compare a known-working cable or source. A working TV menu with one failed input is a useful distinction.
Describe socket damage
