Confirm the Samsung model and home access, and distinguish an app problem from a fault on all sources. Start with the complete TV model and a short description of the fault so the next step can be discussed clearly.
Agree the visit scope
Send your locality, TV size, mounting position and fault. Confirm the time window, visit charge and assessment scope. Mention stairs or limited access and ask whether removal assistance is part of the arrangement.
Prepare for the inspection
Keep the usual remote and source device available. Make external connections accessible only if safe. Do not dismantle the TV. If workshop work is recommended, agree collection, transport and repair approval before the set leaves.
Samsung model details to have ready
Share the complete Samsung model from the external label, the screen size and what happens when the fault occurs. If a repair has already been attempted, describe the work or provide the written finding. Do not send passwords, account codes or payment details with a photo.

Do not open the television or probe internal circuits to answer these questions. If there is smoke, a burning smell, liquid entry or visible electrical damage, stop using the set and describe its condition to the workshop.
