Backlight repair and replacement
LED TV backlight repair in Delhi
For LED TV backlight repair in Delhi, describe the brightness pattern and exact model. If you are enquiring from Delhi, include your exact locality when contacting the workshop.
Describe the brightness pattern
Mention dark bands, bright spots or brief illumination followed by darkness. Confirm the model and display type. An OLED TV does not have separate LED backlight strips.
Ask how parts are matched
Backlight parts must suit the model and display assembly. Ask what work and testing the estimate includes and whether related damage needs assessment. Do not dismantle the screen to inspect strips at home.
Arranging an enquiry from Delhi
Tell us the locality or sector, mounting position and access details before requesting a home visit. The listed workshop is on IGNOU Main Road in New Delhi. Confirm the arrangement for your exact address rather than assuming a separate branch in Delhi.
If a visit or collection can be arranged, confirm its charge, timing and scope. Ask whether the first assessment can begin with a model photo and fault description before moving a large television.
Questions to ask before approving work
- What will the initial assessment cover, and what is its charge?
- Will the work take place onsite or at the workshop?
- If a part is needed, what condition and compatibility will be confirmed?
- What total must I approve, and how will changes be discussed?
- What testing and written repair terms apply?
Do not open the television or probe internal circuits to answer these questions. If there is smoke, a burning smell, liquid entry or visible electrical damage, stop using the set and describe its condition to the workshop.
Frequently asked questions
Can a symptom identify the faulty part?
A description helps plan inspection, but similar symptoms can have different causes. Ask for assessment before committing to a specific replacement.
What should I send with my first message?
Include the model, locality, main symptom and a clear photo if safe to obtain. Mention previous repairs and wall mounting. Leave out passwords and personal account details.
